This notice has been revised to correct an error on ZBA-2023-8 & SUB 05 22. The number of semi-detached dwellings proposed was corrected from 44 to 48.
Kingsville Town Council will review the following planning applications at its June 12, 2023 meeting:
- 217 County Road 27: an application for surplus dwelling. The subject parcel contains one single detached dwelling, which the owner is proposing it be deemed surplus and severed on a new lot. A zoning amendment for the proposed retained parcel will be required to prohibit the construction of any new dwellings. B-2023-9 & ZBA-2023-11
- 150 Heritage Road: an application for a zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision. The subject property is currently vacant farmland, and the applicant is proposing a new residential plan of subdivision with 48 semi-detached dwellings & 1 single-detached dwelling. A connecting road and cul-du-sac is being proposed as well. ZBA-2023-8 & SUB 05 22
