Artist Display by Brianne Taggart
The Essex County Library is pleased to present the art of Brianne Taggart at our Kingsville Branch for the month of July. Brianne’s display this month is from her latest collection of nature, captured through her photography.
Ever versatile with the different mediums of art, Brianne is comfortable behind the lens or a paintbrush in hand.

Brianne is from Kingsville. She has her own business called Brianne’s Art Creations & Photography. She is an artist who works with acrylic paints. She enjoys painting landscapes, beach scenes, animals, abstracts and flowers. She is also a teacher for paint nights.
Brianne lives with a disability but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying life. Along with her painting, she also enjoys photography.

Her art and photography have been included in art shows at the Carnegie Arts Centre in Kingsville. A few of her pieces have been at Brenko’s House of Pizza.
Brianne has donated paintings to help Community Living Essex County at Ruthven Apple Fest. She has also donated some of her work to a Ukraine fundraiser, and to the Arts Society of Kingsville, to name just a few.
She takes part on many committees within Community Living Essex County and the community at large. She is a self-advocate and loves to do presentations.

Brianne has received several awards.
2018/2019 –
Brianne received the Outstanding Achievement Award through Community Living Essex County
2022 –
Brianne was given the Kim Sparling Award in honour of Kim Sparling, a self-advocate who has passed away.
2022/2023 –
Brianne received the Advocacy Champion Award through Community Living Essex County and New Day — Leaders of Today.
