The purpose of this survey is to help the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) understand how best to promote our Programs and Services to residents of our community. Your input will help us improve how we deliver important health information in the future.
In completing this survey, you will be asked questions about recent WECHU advertisements you may have seen in the media (e.g., email, website, social media) which started on January 31, 2023. You will also be asked to provide your opinion about these messages.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The information you provide in this survey is voluntary and by completing the questionnaire, either partially or fully, you consent to the collection and use of the information.
Responses are anonymous and confidential, and collected under the authority of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act. Your information will only be disclosed as permitted or required by law.
