Roasted Olives with Feta, Garlic & Citrus

This Baked Feta Appetizer comes together in just minutes with only a handful of ingredients: olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon, orange peels and dried herbs.

Bake it all together with coarse pieces of feta cheese until it’s warm and creamy then serve with crispy crostini.

Have you ever had warm roasted olives?

If you said NO-you must try this! It’s a perfect crowd appetizer, and BTW the kitchen smells delightful.

Ingredients I used:

1 pinch Chili flakes
1/3 cup Garlic cloves
1 Lemon, quartered
1/2 Lemon peel
1/2 Orange peel
2 sprigs Rosemary
1 cup olives  @getkristinas
1 Black pepper, freshly cracked
1 pinch Salt
1/4 cup Olive oil  @getkristinas
1 Baguette to serve/ crostini
1 block Feta

Preparation:

Quite simply add all ingredients into a baking dish.

Bake at 400F for 40 minutes.

Serve warm roasted olives with warm crostini slices.

It’s the perfect appetizer enjoyed with family and friends.
