Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its April 11, 2023, meeting:
848 Road 2 West: an application for a severance and zoning by-law amendment. The existing dwelling on the parcel is deemed surplus to the owner, and the applicant is proposing to sever the dwelling into a new lot and retain the farmland. The proposal would require the farm portion to be re-zoned to prohibit future dwellings from being built.
Vacant Land County Road 34 West: an application for a zoning by-law amendment. The existing dwelling on the parcel is deemed surplus to the owner, and the applicant is proposing to sever the dwelling into a new lot, retain the farmland, and add the retained farmland to the abutting parcel. The proposal would require the severed portion to be re-zoned to recognize the reduced lot size.
