Leamington OPP Called To Crash Involving School Bus

On March 20, 2023, at 8:06 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Leamington Detachment and Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Service (EMS) received a report of a two-vehicle collision, involving a school bus, along County Road 34 near County Road 31 in the Municipality of Leamington.

Officers arrived to find that the school bus was struck from behind.

There were 35 students on board at the time, but there were no injuries reported at the scene.

A 32-year-old resident of Lakeshore was charged with Careless Driving.
