Planning Items for Review at March 21, 2023 Committee of Adjustment and Appeals
The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its Tuesday, March 21, 2023, meeting:
17 Gregory Avenue, an application for a minor variance to increase the maximum allowable lot coverage from 35% to 38.5%, to allow the construction of a single-detached dwelling.
150 Division Street South, an application for a minor variance, requesting relief from:
- Exterior side yard width
- Interior side yard width for accessory structures, and
- Entrance location provisions (to allow two driveways)
which will enable the applicant to build additions to both the existing single-detached dwelling and existing garage.
