Eligibility – Anyone 18 years of age or older who has had at least two doses and whose last dose was more than 3 months ago

Eligibility – Anyone 5-11 years of age who has a complete two dose series and whose last vaccine was more than 6 months ago.

Infant SpikeVax (Moderna)
– 2 Dose primary series
Eligibility – Anyone 6 months – 5 years of age who has not yet had a dose of vaccine or who had their first dose more than 56 days ago.
