On Friday, January 13, 2023 at Erie Shores Hospice, Linda Driedger and her canine companion Lenny completed the Certification and Training program required by St. John Ambulance and Erie Shores Hospice to visit residents, family and friends, staff and volunteers.

Lesley Smith and Gail Pirie with St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs Windsor/Essex Unit 1202, and Melissa Parker with Erie Shores Hospice, were on hand to congratulate Team Linda and Lenny and recognize them for this achievement.

Linda and Lenny join Bill Bennett and KayTee in sharing their pets with Hospice and, upon completion of the training requirements, Margaret Aitchison and Boomer will soon be joining them.

We all agree that supporting Hospice with our pets is both a privilege and ever so rewarding. We thank Erie Shores Hospice for this opportunity.
