Garlicky Gourmet Mushroom
Sheet Pan Gnocchi
Whether you’re a busy family or just looking for a quick weeknight dinner, this Garlicky Mushroom Sheet Pan Gnocchi is the easiest dinner you’ll ever make.
Can you bake gnocchi?
Yes! It’s one of our favourite ways to cook this popular pasta. Simply toss your gnocchi onto a lined baking sheet with a little bit of olive oil @getkristinas and your choice of accompaniments and bake until golden and crispy.
- Italian Oyster Gourmet mushrooms, sliced @threecfarms
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- gnocchi @carapasta
- 3 tbsp) olive oil @getkristinas
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- ½ cup parsley, divided
- Parmigiano Cheese
Preheat oven to 400F.
On a lined baking sheet combine gnocchi, mushrooms, shallots, and garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil, mince garlic.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake until golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and parmigiano cheese.
