145 Marsh Road: A Consent and Zoning By-Law Amendment application to deem the dwelling, two silos and workshop/barn surplus to the owner and sever on a new lot. ZBA-2022-18 & B / 18 / 22
31 Pearl Street West: An application for a Zoning By-Law amendment to create four lots on the parcel, done in two phases, as shown on the applicant’s proposed site plan attached to this notice. The applicant has a consent application (file B/13/22) for the creation of two new lots, which will proceed to the Committee of Adjustment if the Zoning By-law Amendment is approved. ZBA-2022-17
292 County Road 27 West: A Consent Application seeking to deem the dwelling and pole barn surplus to the owner and sever on a new lot. As a condition of the consent, an application to rezone the retained farm parcel from ‘Agriculture (A1)’ to ‘Agriculture – Restricted (A2)’ is required to prohibit dwellings, as per Provincial and Town policies. ZBA-2022-16
