With November comes the time change and suddenly night is falling much earlier. The days are getting colder. This time of year can bring extra worry for people who are facing financial challenges. Heating costs are higher and the Holiday Season is on the horizon, with its added expenses.
The Kingsville Community Food Bank is here to help. They welcome any and all donations. And every month they create a list of particular foods they’re looking for.
Here’s this month’s Food Bank Needs list:
From the Food Bank’s Facebook page:
“The Kingsville Community Food Bank proudly serves Kingsville residents who may be experiencing food vulnerability. We offer perishable and non-perishable items as well as personal hygiene items to those who need a helping hand.”
The Food Bank also welcomes other types of donations as well. They’re happy to accept products for babies, pet supplies, laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, tampons, and more. They’re also looking for empty margarine tubs and jars with lids for dish and laundry soaps poured from large containers.
If you can help, the Food Bank would love to hear from you!
