Ingredients
- rigatoncini pasta, cooked al dente, but any pasta will do
- 6 tbsp olive oil @getkristinas
- 2 cups blue oyster mushrooms, coarsely chopped @threecfarms
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup white wine @vivace.estate.winery
- 1/2 cup parmigiano cheese grate
- lemon zest
- Chevril microgreens @ortalizafarms
Preparation:
Cook pasta in salted water per in instructions on package.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add mushrooms and until brown.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pan with the flour.
Cook until soft and fragrant.
Stir in milk and white wine. Bring to simmer.
Add parmigiano cheese and until well combined.
Mix together pasta, mushrooms, and sauce.
Garnish with lemon zest and a generous pinch of chervil microgreens.
