Search Warrant in Kingsville Yields Quantity of Drugs

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On October 25, 2022, members of the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) with the assistance of members from the Essex County OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and OPP Canine Unit, executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Remark Drive in the Town of Kingsville.

The investigation revealed an amount of suspected fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, other illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia were located and seized.

As a result of the investigation, OPP have arrested and charged with the following:

Cody William CROWLY 28 years of age from Kingsville has been charged with:

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

·        Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (4 counts)

·        Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order

·        Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition

 

Elizabeth Marie HUTCHINGAME 32 years of age from Leamington has been charged with:

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

 

The accused were held for bail

 

Misty Christina BALTZER 33 years of age from Kingsville has been charged with:

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor to answer to the charges at a later date.
