The Town of Kingsville was pleased to see so many people come out for the 53rd annual Migration Festival weekend. This year’s event included a pet parade, children’s activities, Migration Festival Marketplaces, Historic walks and bike tours, and the return of the Great Migration Paint Out. If you attended the event, please take our event feedback survey to help us plan for next year.
“It was a privilege to work alongside such dedicated community members while planning this year’s festival,” said Kingsville’s Manager of Programming and Events, Karen Loney. “We had the Migration Festival committee, who donated much of their time organizing throughout the year and volunteers who helped run the train and host the tours. It was great to see people smiling, laughing, and connecting.”
Kingsville congratulates all the artists who participated in the En-Plein-Air contest. The contest included Youth and Children categories this year and a two-hour Quick Paint contest at Lakeside Park.
