SpikeVax (Moderna) 12+ Formulation:

*  Mon Sept 12th
*  Tues Sept 13th
*  Thurs Sept 15th
*  Tues Sept 20th
*  Thurs Sept 22

First Dose:
Anyone over the Age of 5.

Second Dose:
Anyone over the Age of 12 if more than 21 days have passed since a Pfizer Vaccine or 28 from a Moderna Vaccine.
Anyone between the Ages 5-11 if more than 56 days have passed.

Third Dose:
Anyone 5 years or older who is significantly immunocompromised and more than 56 days have passed since their second dose.

First Booster Dose:
Anyone 18 or older if it has been 84 days since their second dose OR anyone 5-17 years old if more than 168 days have passed since their second dose.

Second Booster Dose:
