Garlic and Herb Olive Oil Dip
This easy garlic and herb olive oil dip is a flavour-packed dish that will bring everyone to the table for good conversation and a tasty bite!
I am excited to share this recipe this week. Why? Well, because for me, food is an experience! I LOVE when I can make a dish that gathers people to the table and encourages laughter, good conversation and best of all words like “Oh, I need more of that!”
This easy garlic and herb olive oil dip will do just that.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil @getkristinas
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary dried
- Fresh torn basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Freshly grated Parmigiano for garnish
- Throumba & Green olives for garnish @getkristinas
Preparation:
- All ingredients are added together in a dipping dish.
- Garnish with fresh parmigiano cheese, parsley and delicious green and greek olives.
- Best served with french artisan bread.
- Enjoy!
