Eligibility spotlight

First Dose:
Anyone over the Age of 12.

Second Dose:
Anyone over the Age of 12 if more than 21 days have passed since a Pfizer Vaccine or 28 from a Moderna Vaccine.

Third Dose:
Anyone 12 years or older who is significantly immunocompromised and more than 56 days have passed since their second dose.

First Booster Dose:
Anyone 18 or older if it has been 84 days since their second dose OR anyone 12-17 years old if more than 168 days have passed since their second dose.

Second Booster Dose:
Anyone 18 or older if more than 140 days have passed since their third dose.
