PROUD OF YOUR GARDEN? SHOW US!

Nominations are now being accepted for the Kingsville Horticultural Society’s Front Garden Recognition Program. We are on the lookout for front gardens that help beautify Kingsville, Ruthven and Cottam.

Nominations must be in by May 31 2022.

To nominate:

• You must have the permission of the homeowner
• You will be required to send contact information for the nominee and yourself
• You cannot nominate a business
• You cannot nominate anyone whose garden was planted by a landscaper

Judging Criteria:

• Three or more colours in the garden
• Red flowers are required this year in recognition of the Year of the Garden
• A variety of plants
• Curbside appeal
• Special features such as water features, rocks, gnomes, statues may add extra points

Nominations can be emailed to fisherj.fisher3@gmail.com or mailed to the Town of Kingsville/Horticultural Society.
