It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our sweet Cindy on May 23, 2022, at Erie Shores Healthcare at the age of 49 years. Loving wife and best friend of 12 years to Steven Kwasnycia. Cindy was raised by her wonderful foster parents, Josef and the late Ruby Gobet.

Loving Daughter in law of Josie (late Joseph) Kwasnycia. Special sister-in-law of Linda (Jim) Riggs, Bill (Sandy), of late Larry (Ruth), Karen (Clayton) Drouillard, Joey (Geralynn) and Bethann (Henry) Meloche.

Foster family, Sister of late Wanza, Peter (Jane), Meikel (Kathleen), Byron (Laurie) and Wanette (Michael). Cindy was one of many children fostered by Ruby and Josef Gobet. Cindy will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

We would like to thank Essex County Community Living, New Beginnings in Leamington & Christian Horizons for the care and support shown to Cindy throughout her life.

Visitation will be held at Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville, on Monday, May 30, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A celebration of Cindy’s life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
