Highlights from the April 25, 2022 meeting
Council:
– Received a delegation proposing a Rainbow Crosswalk as a symbol of LGBTQ inclusivity. Council referred the question to the Committee of the Whole for input.
– Awarded the Road 2 East Phase 2 tender to Sterling Ridge Infrastructure Inc. with a revised construction schedule (includes installation of a new transition water main from Graham to County Road 29).
– Heard Administration’s plan to re-open Council meetings to members of the public starting in May, with space for 18 attendees.

The crosswalk would also brighten up the town and bright colours bring happiness to everyone . It mean inclusion to everyone . Fingers Crossed this goes through.
