Phishing scam alert

Have you received this message offering a refund for your licence plate sticker fees? It’s a scam – do not click any links.

Refund cheques for licence plate sticker fees are being mailed directly to eligible Ontarians starting in late March. ServiceOntario will not contact you directly for a refund.

If you receive this message, report it to your local police and/or call the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501.
