Tom Havlik, of Petrolia, died on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia at the age of 57. Tom is the son of Helen and the late Frank Havlik. He is also survived by a sister Pat Havlik. He will also be missed by Katlyn and Damien Hannaford.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (www.caeh.ca) or the Alzheimer’s society (www.alzheimers.ca).
