Drop by any open Essex County Library location and let our staff know that you’d like to print your vaccination receipt.

We’ll help you print it for free!

Here’s how it works:

• Using a Library computer, visit Ontario’s COVID-19 vaccination information page: www.https://covid19.ontariohealth.ca/
• Read and agree to the Terms of use and complete the identity verification form.
• The receipt will download to a PDF which our staff will help you print for free.

ALERT:
A green, photo health card is required to download your proof of vaccination.
If you have a red and white health card, call the Provincial Vaccine Booking Line at 1-833-943-3900.

NOTE:
At this time, proof of vaccination is not required to browse, borrow and use a computer at our library branches.
You MUST wear a mask at all times during your visit with us.
