Kingsville Tennis Association dedicated a plaque in honour of two founding members, Arleigh Fysh and Harry Roetelle of KTA who have volunteered with the organization for over 50 years.
Mayor Santos was present. He thanked both men for their dedication and contribution to tennis in Kingsville, marking 50 years as an outstanding achievement.

Mayor Santos also expressed appreciation for the strong partnership between Kingsville Tennis Association and the Town of Kingsville.
The KTA plaque is hung at the entrance to the courts and gives the history of tennis in Kingsville since 1893.

The history on the plaque details the evolution of the club since 1968 when Arleigh and Harry had a shared vision. It describes their efforts to fulfill their visionĀ over the last 50 years.
The community and members of the Kingsville Tennis Association all enjoy the beautiful resurfaced courts today, thanks to the efforts of these amazing men over the last five decades.
