The Town of Kingsville is preparing for the final phase of Jasperson Drive reconstruction in 2021. New construction from Woodycrest Ave to Road 2 East (west of the arena) is planned for late summer and includes the following improvements:
- New asphalt roadway with curb and gutter.
- A new driveway access to the arena complete with pedestrian crossing.
- An asphalt multi-use pathway on the west side of the road.
- Replacement of existing vehicular and pedestrian bridges.
- Removal of the s-curve on Jasperson.

I see on the new section of Jasperson exiting on to road 2 there is a “Controlled Pedestrian Crosswalk” just behind the arena. My hope is that a “speed hump” will be installed to control the speed of vehicles.
