This is Kingsville’s list of specific needs for June 27. Please note, dry pasta and food in glass jars are not needed. And be sure to check expiry dates before you donate.

It was wonderful to see the outpouring of love and support last year on June 27! The community response was so enormous though that managing, storing and sharing the huge amounts that came in was extremely challenging.

“Last year we saw an overwhelming amount of donations. We know everyone has a generous heart and we encourage donations to the Food Bank throughout the year but ask that for the June 27 Miracle only one or two items per household be placed out,” one of the captains Kim DeYong said.

We also need more volunteers. We welcome you to sign up if  you can spare a couple hours Sunday.
