OPP Investigation Leads to Multiple Charges in Kingsville

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On January 27, 2021 Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Kingsville officers were advised of a domestic dispute that had taken place at a residence on Noah Crescent, Kingsville and an investigation commenced.

A search warrant was conducted on the residence by members of the Major Crime Unit and the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) due to the allegation.  During the search warrant a quantity of cash, drugs and paraphernalia was located.

As a result of the investigation on January 28, 2021 the accused was arrested and charged with the following:

Assault – Criminal Code of Canada (C.C.) (9 counts)

Assault with a Weapon (C.C.) (3 counts)

Assault causing bodily harm – Choking (C.C.) (2 counts)

Mischief Under $5000 (C.C.)

Utter Threats (C.C.)

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine – Controlled Drugs and Substance Act

The accused is scheduled to appear in Windsor Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
