Andy was born March 10, 1941 in Yugoslavia and passed away on Saturday January 9, 2021 at Windsor Regional Hospital-Ouellette Campus. Beloved husband of Mary Kukucka (nee Pagac). Dear father of Andy Kukucka. Dear grandfather of Samantha Kukucka.

Brother of Susan (Mark) Fex. Uncle of Susan (Mark) Turner, late Sam Kuris and wife Shelly along with their children and John Kuris and wife Jenna along with their children. Also survived by extended family in Canada and Yugoslavia. Andy was a member of Kingsville Slovak Lutheran Church.

Reservations and masks are required to attend visitation. Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home on Tuesday January 12, 2020 from 3 to 7 p.m. A private family service will take place with burial in Kingsville Memorial Gardens.
