Hi, I’m Cooper! I am a 55 lbs hound dog in need of a loving and understanding home! I have lots of energy so I hope you have time to give me the proper mental and physical activities I need! I also have a bit of a hard time being alone and I will howl … like hound dogs do, so no apartments please!
